We want you to love your jewelry as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn pieces in their original packaging. Please note that personalized items and earrings are final sale due to hygiene and customization standards.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your jewelry in its original pouch and box, ensuring it is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
